DVD này sẽ giới thiệu đến chúng ta kỹ thuật Inayan Dequerdas trong môn võ Eskrima trường phái Inayan. Người sáng lập nên trường phái Inayan của Eskrima là võ sư Mangisursuro Michael G. Inay dựa trên môn võ Eskrima truyền thống, ngày nay hệ thống Inayan Eskrima được truyền bá rất phổ biến tại Philippines và Hoa Kỳ.

Trong khuôn khổ DVD này chúng ta sẽ được học về 1 trong 7 cách đánh của Inayan Eskrima là Inayan Dequerdas. Là phép đánh gậy ở tầm trung, dùng kết hợp với tay chặn và hỗ trợ ra đòn. Đây là một phương pháp chiến đấu đơn giản nhưng cực kỳ hiệu quả. Dễ dàng thông thạo mà không tốn quá nhiều thời gian,

- Kadena de Mano: Phép đánh dao găm với chuỗi liên hoàn tay hỗ trợ.
- Inayan Serrada: Phép đánh cận chiến, dùng vũ khí ngắn
- Inayan Largo Mano: Phép đánh gậy giữ khoảng cách tầm xa
- Inayan Sinawali: Phép đánh song đoản côn
- Inayan Dequerdas: Phép đánh gậy tầm trung với kết hợp tay.
- Inayan Sibat/Bankow: Phép đánh trường côn của Eskrima
- Inayan Espada Y Dagga: Phép đánh song đao (1 dao bản to, và 1 dao găm)
