Inay dựa trên môn võ Eskrima truyền thống, ngày nay hệ thống Inayan Eskrima được truyền bá rất phổ biến tại Philippines và Hoa Kỳ.

Trong khuôn khổ DVD này chúng ta sẽ được học về 1 trong 7 cách đánh của Inayan Eskrima là Inayan Serrada, từ Serrada có nghĩa là tầm gần, cận chiến. Kỹ thuật này được áp dụng ở khoảng cách gần, và dùng vũ khí ngắn. dùng bộ pháp di chuyển tam giác, nhanh chóng tiếp cận đối phương trong chiến đấu. Vol 1: Inayan Serrada Eskrima 1

Inayan Serrada Eskrima is a fast close quarter fighting style. It uses quick block and counter striking techniques as well as short fast parrying counters. Often copied for its flow sparring drills, it is one of the most elegant and efficient Eskrima styles. It is sought after by practitioners of other martial arts as well as beginners. This DVD will cover the basics of Inayan Serrada Eskrima. Angles of attack, footwork, basic grips and the counters of the first six attacking angles will be covered in this DVD. In the end you will see techniques 1 to 6 with flowering. All techniques are demonstrated with and without partner, slow and fast and from different angles so that they can be seen very clearly.

Vol 2: Inayan Serrada Eskrima 2

In this DVD the basic counters 7 to 12, these techniques with flowering, disarms to strikes 1 to 6, Lock and Block levels 1,2 and 3 and Basic Flow Sparring (Flow Sparring level one) will be covered. All techniques are demonstrated with and without partner, slow and fast and from different angles, so that they can be seen very clearly.
